Send It As A Postcard!
Check out these awesome, letterpress, post card, thank you cards that we just finished for recent newly-weds Destiny & Daniel of Eugene, Oregon! These postcard thank you’s feature a digitally printed photograph from their wedding on a linen paper that we then custom duplexed onto our 100% cotton letterpress paper and then printed their postcard design on the back! Doing this is a fantastic and seamless way to incorporate a photograph into your letterpress printed piece!
These post cards are 6″x4″ and are a perfect way to send a quick wedding thank you without having to order envelopes or use full-priced envelope stamps! I think this would be a lovely idea for a save-the-date, shower invitation, or holiday card as well! We can even foil stamp extra wording on the front along with the photograph, if you’d like!

I’m pretty excited to announce a very fun little project that I’ve been working on with a good friend, and owner of Funhouse Productions, in Eugene, Drew Parrish! Together we created the Post Cake! Post Cake is a mailable, 3-dimensional postcard, shaped like a real piece of chocolate cake. The frosting even smells like chocolate! All you have to do is add stamps, and the post office will take care of the rest (no box or extraneous packaging material is required for mailing). Each cake has a letterpress printed postcard on the back with space for your own personal message.
In the spirit of Throwback-Thursday, I’d like to show you one of my favorite wedding invitation suites from a couple of years ago that I just hadn’t gotten around to putting up on the blog, until now! This suite was designed by New York City designer, Jihee Wu, for Melbourne, Australia couple, Alicia and Tim! I love how modern and timeless this suite is and how it utilizes many of the lovely things that letterpress printing has to offer, in such an elegant and classic way!
Alicia & Tim’s invitation suite featured a 5.5″ square invitation, letterpress printed in a charcoal grey ink on 100% cotton Crane Lettra Pearl White Paper. The suite also featured matching grey envelopes that were letterpress printed with black ink. All of Alicia and Tim’s pieces incorporated a blind embossed monogram, which you can see at the top of the invite in the above photos.
