Happy February 1st everybody! Is it just me, or is 2012 already flying by?!? At any rate, Valentine’s Day is only a couple of weeks away. Have you gotten your sweetie a card yet? They say, “It’s all in the details”, and these rehearsal dinner and welcome party invitations for Kelsy and James are just one perfect example of how letterpress printing can really make the details of a design shine. We incorporated a highly-detailed blind debossed pattern and motif on both of these invitations that mimicked the pattern for Kelsy’s table linens for that event. All text was printed in a beautifully dusty blue ink and coordinating blue envelopes with matte white foil and white address printing were paired with them to match.

Still Life in Office… I just submitted our last platemaking orders of 2022, and am feeling some excitement/relief as well as a small side of melancholy. I suppose that’s fitting - it’s been quite a year.
